Most reps spend 5–8 hours per week connecting with chapters, sharing styles, and coordinating orders. You control your schedule, many reps treat this like a flexible side hustle.

💰 How much can I realistically earn?

Earn between 6-12% commission on your orders. Commission is performance-based, so earnings vary by campus and effort. Many reps earn side-income while working flexible hours around classes, and top reps build strong recurring client relationships each semester.

👚 Do I need fashion or sales experience?

No prior experience required. We provide guidance, designs, and support, we look for outgoing, reliable students who like networking and campus culture.
